  • In 1999 James did his first fitness qualification (PTI level 3 ) in the British Army. He went on to further his education in the military and enhance his skills as an Instructor. It was here he honed his passion and became an expert in extracting the absolute best out of individuals.

    James has run various fitness businesses over the last 18 years and learned, in the trenches, with 1000s of hours of Personal Training and group fitness sessions. James was one of the Pioneers of Boot Camps and had multiple locations across Berkshire and Hampshire and now concentrates running Unleashed Performance’s exclusive gyms.

    The goal with Unleashed Performance is to build results driven gyms that deliver exceptional service and that have real life values at its core. We want everyone to understand the importance of longevity in health and fitness and then feel and see the rewards that come with that. Building like minded communities is one of the keys to achieving this.

  • Tanya's journey with Unleashed Performance began as a client. However, her experience at UP did more than just enhance her fitness; it ignited a passion, leading her to become a certified Level 2 Personal Trainer. Tanya then furthered her skills, completing the Hatton Boxing for Fitness programme and mastering Group Cycling techniques.

    During her time at UP, Tanya has not only contributed to the success of numerous transformation groups but has also shown a keen ability to motivate and steer clients towards their goals. Recognising Tanya’s exceptional communication skills and her unwavering dedication to UP, she now holds a pivotal role in customer service and client retention. These roles underline her holistic approach to fitness, placing importance on both the physical transformations and the relationships built along the journey.

    A highlight of his is having had the opportunity to be invited to coach classes & training people in some of the best gyms in Los Angeles

    Combining an extensive strength & conditioning background with boxing experience, Stuart has developed a distinctive training style which gets results.

With qualifications in Nutrition, Personal Training, and Sports Therapy, he has worked with a diverse range of clients, including senior political figures, special forces, Iron Man athletes, and individuals seeking overall well-being.

    With over 20 years of experience in running fitness programs for large corporate organizations, Lee's knowledge and skills have made a significant impact. Notably, he has owned and operated his own Crossfit fitness facilities in Maidenhead and Eton.

    Passionate about strength training, trail and obstacle course running, mountaineering, and sports diving, Lee embodies the active lifestyle he promotes. His commitment to helping clients feel and look better is a driving force behind Unleashed Performance's mission.

  • As a passionate fitness enthusiast & lifelong football supporter, Marcus's commitment to supporting others heightened during the pandemic. He conducted popular outdoor group sessions, embarking on his journey as a trainer.

    Marcus values diversity among his clients, incl. beginners & experienced individuals on their fitness journeys. He particularly enjoys introducing & educating young adults about fitness & exercise. Understanding the fluctuating nature of motivation, he incorporates regular changes, providing new challenges & avoiding monotony.

    In his pursuit of becoming a strength and conditioning coach, Marcus actively develops his skills. He plans to complete qualifications in sports and performance nutrition as well as level 4 strength and conditioning.

    Marcus is determined to empower everyone he works with, fostering physical and mental fitness and promoting a healthier lifestyle.

  • Tony has been into fitness since 1988 and grew up challenging himself through physical activities. He was an awarded young teenage gymnast and later became a BAWLA member (British Amateurs Weightlifter Association), winning Gold at the regional South West Midlands games. Tony brings energy and expertise to Unleashed Performance. He is a nutritional adviser, Optimum Performance Trainer and Corrective exercise specialist. His techniques are that used to train competitive athletes in the USA.

    Tony works with the young, people in regular sports, and special populations, adding boxing fitness certifications to his arsenal to offer more value. Tony has developed a unique training style and techniques, 'awaiting patent approval', which he plans to introduce to the UP family.

    Tony is a keen runner, and has entered teams to army-based trail runs around the South West of England to raise cancer awareness. He regularly hosts public health awareness incentives and challenges; his contribution has changed and saved lives. Tony's passion is Strength Endurance Training with an eye for and knowledge of individuals' bio-mechanics, allowing him to bring out their best to date, and improve on it.

Vicky Gilder

  • Vicky has been practicing yoga around fifteen years ago after stumbling into a class at the gym. She immediately loved the physical benefits, as she felt herself getting stronger and more flexible.

    Over time she also began to appreciate some of the other wonderful benefits that yoga has to offer when it comes to managing stress and anxiety. In 2019, keen to share the practice with others, she completed her 200-hour Hatha Vinyasa Training with Sally Parkes Yoga.

    Vicky's teaching style encompasses Vinyasa, Yin and Hatha styles, as well as meditation and breathwork.

  • Meet Gary, our latest valued addition to the Unleashed Performance Team. With 15 years of experience as a Personal Trainer, Gary possesses substantial expertise in the fitness industry. For almost half of that time, he was leading the team at UN1T in London, he is now bringing that knowledge and experience to his new home at Unleashed Performance.

    A true advocate of pushing boundaries, Gary thrives on introducing friendly competition into his training, a strategy he recommends to all who train under his guidance. He doesn't just preach; he practices. His personal fitness experiences include participation in elite Hyrox events, with a standout moment being the World Championships in Vegas. Not one to stop there, Gary's passion for endurance has seen him conquer numerous half, full, and ultra marathons, emphasising his commitment to the world of fitness.

    For Gary, fitness transcends individual achievement. He's a firm proponent of the community-driven approach to training, where collective effort and camaraderie pave the path to individual goals. It's this belief in community that makes his transition to Unleashed Performance not just a new role, but a passion-fuelled adventure.
